- Start with ONE thing. Don’t be overwhelmed by the bigger picture or you will never reach your goal
- Screen recording your processes using a tool like LOOM will save you so much time in training and re-training in the long run and help you build a very simple library of resources for your business. You must PLAN before you hire a VA.
- Take the time to really identify what you need, who you need and how you are going to induct that person into your team. Failure to plan will mean failure to execute and it may turn you off using a resource again that potentially could change your life!
