Thirty years of building, scaling, and leading businesses — and helping women do the same
For over 30 years, I’ve worked with women who want to grow businesses that actually work — not just look good on paper.
I’ve helped thousands of women move from scratching the surface of a $100,000 salary to building profitable, viable businesses that become thriving six- and seven-figure businesses.
I’ve built five multi-million-dollar businesses across three countries and industries, including growing my first business into an eight-figure company with a team of 45 and offices in Sydney, Auckland, and the United States.
I’ve published books. I’ve built education programs at scale. I’ve run live events for audiences of up to 6,500.
And while I’ve enjoyed success, I’ve also lived the other side of business ownership.
Because being in business can feel like a rollercoaster.
There are moments when you feel clear, capable, and in control.
And moments when you feel isolated, exhausted, or quietly stuck — even when things are “working.”
I know that feeling well.
Over the years, I’ve built:
- Online and offline businesses
- Product and service businesses
- Businesses with no team — and businesses with dozens of staff
- Businesses in strong markets, and through economic uncertainty
From doing everything yourself to leading a business that supports your life
That range has given me a deep understanding of what it really takes to move from doing everything yourself to leading a business that can grow without you being in the middle of it all.
Today, that’s where my work is focused. Supporting women leaders.
I’m the Founder and CEO of HerBusiness, one of Australia’s longest-running communities for women business owners.
My greatest joy is supporting our members in creating momentum, making smart decisions, and building businesses that support the life they want—not compete with it.
Running my own businesses has unlocked financial freedom, confidence, creative expression, and choice.
And I know it can for you, too.
