Success in the small business world means a lot of hard work, but quality networking is just as important. Connections with other business owners can mean growth, learning, and support in what can be one of the most isolating walks of life – running your own company. At HerBusiness, we love to foster these connections, helping businesswomen find each other and enrich each other’s lives and businesses.
Women’s Fitness Adventures founder Yvonne Shepherd joins Jennifer Gale‘s Fit’n Fifty Plus podcast to talk about celebrating her 50th year on the 96—kilometre trek through the Kokoda Track. She also shared why she’s working on developing a Kokoda hike through Women’s Fitness Adventures.
