I spent two days last week in a Growth Summit in Sydney with international speakers who focused on how business owners can prosper in these times and how continued growth right now was vital. 1. Your overhead will strangle your business if you’re not growing at the same time as business/revenues are declining. Sure this seems a simple mathematical reality – but truth is many of us may ‘hang in there’ hoping that it’s a short term change.
