Linda Mylius has over 30 years experience in the flower trade and is currently running her own flower shop, Gray St. Flowers. Although Linda creates beautiful bouquets of perfectly picked flowers daily, she had a hard time crafting systems and organisation in her business. Linda reached out to HerBusiness member Seona Roberts to help her implement organisation in her business.
Seona Roberts is the Founder of Succeed with Seona, an online business that offers her organisational expertise to improve efficiency in business. Seona helps small business owners implement the tools they need to succeed efficiently in their business.
Seona and Linda are working together to create a cohesive document that organises all of Linda’s thoughts, routines and mud maps. “She is helping me create systems out of chaos,” says Linda. They are currently in the last stages of completing the document and Linda is looking forward to taking control of her newly organised business.
