Jacqui Brauman, owner of TBA Law provides legal services to families in Melbourne and Regional Victoria, focusing on estate planning, family law and property.
At an IDEAL group meeting, Jacqui learned that Fran had developed a new service focusing on working on the client journey experience with businesses.
Frances Pratt, owner of KISS to Sell, an online sales training and coaching business had previously worked with Jacqui providing her with staff training in sales.
After their first meeting, Jacqui and Frances worked together to outline Jacqui’s the customer’s journey. Before diving in, they decided on the set purpose, outcomes and the goals of this project.
Frances offered expert knowledge and advice and together they created a roadmap for Jacqui’s clients and a feedback process that would allow Jacqui to know how clients were experiencing her services.
