Virginia Wells, Professional Organiser and Founder of WellSorted, started her business to help overwhelmed women, mindfully declutter and organise their home, and keep it that way.
Virginia knew she was destined to be decluttering; she’s been organising her friends’ wardrobes since she can remember.
After helping a few friends organise their tax papers, Virginia decided to quit her day job and commit to organising clutter full time.
What Virginia enjoys most about running her business:
“Being able to work with my wonderful clients daily and see them flourish and build confidence in their ability to make the right choices for their family and themselves.”
Virginia’s favourite entrepreneur is HerBusiness Member, Fiona Keary from Style Liberation. Her energy and generosity are inspiring. “What I see her achieving inspires me to keep going as it makes growth attainable watching it happen,” says Virginia.
Skills Virginia Recommends for Business Owners:

What Virginia Wishes She Knew When She Started:
- You’ll have to play many roles until you can outsource – marketer, finance manager, web designer, admin, etc.
- Give yourself a head start and get a mentor
- Set aside the time to track your finances regularly
Virginia loves what she does and whom she does it for and it’s evident – she’s currently booked out 8 weeks in advance!
