Chantel became a member of the HerBusiness Network back in 2015 when her business had just reached the six-figure mark. She started Bluegum Electrical out of a shed in the backyard of her Gisborne (Victoria) home. Back then, her goal was simple: provide reliable, affordable electrical services to homeowners, small businesses, and property managers.
But Chantel’s vision for the business was anything but small.
Fast forward to today, her business is a regional powerhouse in electrical, solar, and EV battery solutions. Because of her hard work, she has seen 25 times growth, growing quickly to a 7-figure business.

Chantel’s ability to continuously learn and innovate has been a driving force behind her success.
Recognising the growing demand for sustainable energy solutions, she expanded Bluegum Electrical into solar installations and EV battery services. These high-growth areas not only diversified the business but positioned it as a leader in regional Victoria.
