“Maybe what I’ve enjoyed most, and the achievement that I’ve got out of it, is acquiring a whole lot of business skills that I didn’t have in the area of business planning and whilst I had a knowledge of what my financials were, actually enjoying doing that side of it more and I think partly it’s a confidence thing and partly it’s an awareness thing. It was always kind of something that I went, “Oh, I don’t like that, I don’t want to be involved,” and I think too the realisation that I’m not on my own. Even though I’m the only person working in my business, I have a huge support team that supports my business. And once I realised that, it just seems to grow every day. I kind of think, you know, you suddenly become a huge enterprise rather than a one-man band sort of thing. So that was the main thing.”
