Ongoing learning is part of ongoing business success. Any business is a continual work-in-progress, and there’s always more to learn. As part of the My Favourite Business Book campaign, Australian Businesswomen’s Network community members reveal what books most contributed to their success and why. As the entries poured in, we were able to gain insights into what authors and books are most popular, as well as why business-owners value continued education. Your thoughts on the importance of ongoing learning and self-education were unanimous. Most of the entries used words like vital, crucial, essential, and critical in relation to the importance of learning. Almost all entries said business-owners need to be constantly growing, and in order to do that, they need to be constantly learning. Any business is a continual work-in-progress, and there’s always more to learn. Here are the results so far.
