Behind every business mission is a personal connection, and the same is true for Sue Falkner of Xpressive Consultancy. At 18 months old, her son was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition – Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA Type 2) – which left him unable to walk. But while this journey has been challenging, it is Sue’s love for her son and passion for helping others navigate the NDIS that drew her to start her own niche business.
With over 15 years working in the corporate higher education sector, Sue relied on her expertise in project management, relationship management, web content management, media liaison, and journalism to form Xpressive Consultancy.
Now, Sue specialises in implementing automated business systems for health professionals and consultants. Through research, marketing strategies, webinar support, and building up brand awareness in the media, she works hard to make sure her clients can successfully navigate the complexities of the NDIS whilst also reaching their vision.
Since joining the HerBusiness Network a few months ago, Sue has enjoyed connecting with other members in the community, receiving support, and sharing her own knowledge. She’s excited to continue growing Xpressive Consultancy into a space of exceptional niche services.
