Bringing a new project to life can be tough.
Can you relate? You start with a brilliant idea and a lot of enthusiasm. You make a plan, get some traction and things start to move forward. Then, inevitably, at some point, it gets tough. You hit a tech challenge. Or something doesn’t go to plan. Or perhaps you have a crisis of confidence. It’s around this time the thought might cross your mind…“Why did I ever start this project in the first place?!?!?” And this is the moment. This is the point of breaking through or bailing out. The dip in the curve that can sometimes make it hard to keep going. BUT… I’ve found every time I’ve managed to keep my belief and focus through the difficult phase of a project… Every time I’ve “felt the fear and done it anyway”… And just kept hanging in there… …eventually the momentum kicks in. The pieces that I thought were falling apart suddenly come together and, often, the project exceeds even my highest expectations. So, if you’re feeling “in the dip” today – this is a message from me to say “hang in there”. We’ve all be there. It’s a normal part of the creative process. And you WILL come through. I’ve been working on a big project over the last few months. And it’s had its peaks and troughs. And now we’re just about to launch! I’m so excited. Will share more next week. In the meantime, I’d love to hear how you get through the difficult phase of a project. Simply go here to send me an email. I read every reply. Looking forward to hearing from you. All the best with what you are working on today. Suzi
