Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame Inductee Robbie Sefton has been acknowledged in the March edition of The PR Report, a monthly newsletter for the Australian PR industry.
The PR report said Sefton, Director of Sefton & Associates, had been named in the Hall of Fame, which launched in February in the lead up to International Women’s Day. They said that the Hall of Fame celebrates “female business owners who have been exemplary in their industries, [who] are trailblazers, and demonstrate inspiring and aspiring business journeys.” They noted that not all Inductees are high profile businesswomen. Many are emerging entrepreneurs of small business.
The article is concluded with CEO Suzi Dafnis’ belief that programs such as the Hall of Fame provide a platform for Australia’s successful female business owners, who deserve recognition they currently do not receive compared to corporate counterparts and male peers. Read the full article, here.
