Peta Green heads up Strong Healthy Women, a boutique weight loss fitness studio that emphasises lifestyle change as the key to long-lasting fitness and health. As women age, our body changes and our weight creeps up. Peta was inspired to research healthy eating and exercise after meeting some incredible women at a HerBusiness event. Over lunch, the women talked about how food was affecting their bodies. Through that, she has developed a program that has had amazing results on all aspects of her life. 60+ women have already gone through the transformation program.
Inspired by women’s emotional and biorhythm cycle, fitness sessions are planned around 28 – 28 days of 28 minute fitness sessions, and 28 days of re-working habits into healthy and productive ones like healthy eating and regular exercise. The 28 Day Transformation program includes an online healthy eating plan with recipes, menus, grocery lists, and weekly accountability sessions with a private community of like-minded women on the same journey.
Fellow HerBusiness member Tess Brook has taken part in the program. “Tess is such a calming and positive influence on everyone. We have built a wonderful working relationship even though we live on opposite sides of the city,” said Peta
Not only did Tess enjoy the program, but she has continued on the journey with Peta by singing their praises everywhere she goes. She continues to give her positive support to Peta and the other women going through the program.
