CEO and Head Designer of My Christmas, Nicole Keleher found the niche she needed to start-up her business and that was Christmas décor! Nicole has always bought beautiful decorations while traveling in the US and Europe and she realised that Australia needed the same offer. She discovered a place she could put her business passion to use!
Nicole opened My Christmas 11 years ago as an online store offering a variety of Christmas decorations. She found multiple pop-up shops for the first three years until opening up a permanent location.

Nicole’s Advice for New Business Owners:

- Have structure, it helps everyone grow
- Learn to delegate tasks and spend more time on your strengths
Nicole’s IDEAL business would have a supplementary income stream to help with revenue and cash flow in the off-season. This would allow her to employ staff year-round rather than a season.
In the future, Nicole hopes to launch membership subscriptions or a membership club for business. Her goal is to grow the business and produce more income during the off-season.
