HerBusiness member Leona Watson of Cheeky Food Group was featured in Enterprise section of the Australian Financial Review on Saturday 31 January. In her interview with Mark Fenton-Jones she revealed that after a short period last year when business fell, she’s seen a resurgence and has revised her projections and turned her focus to overheads. Cheeky Food Group uses cooking for team building (see pic of the extended HerBusiness family last Christmas at a team-building event). 
She’s a big believer in keeping her own team very much a part of team development. In the article she talked about how she regularly brainstorms with staff, focusing on a new topic every few weeks and really involving people in the conversation and business direction.
