I always had a plan in my head of exactly what I wanted to do. I was a small business person who worked in my store seven days a week. I have now learnt the value of working ON the business and as a result I have employed staff to cover the store every day of the week and I am now there organising our activities, our future, our accounting, marketing etc. This has lead to so much growth and I never would have done if I hadn’t been told to. The program has given me the formal business skills and turned me from self-employed to a business builder.
