“My achievements are, by using the business planning process, I have a clear direction as to where I want my business to head; I am able to identify my business’ strengths and weaknesses, and know how to build on my strengths and improve on my weaknesses. I am most grateful to my mentor, Jon Ward. He has given me wonderful insights and introduced concepts which I had not thought about previously. In each session, Jon discussed various aspects of our businesses to trigger us to think more deeply. I will always remember that he said, “We never have true competitors.
