An article by Suzi Dafnis, CEO of HerBusiness, has recently been published in Inside Small Business. The article, “A Businesswoman’s Secret Weapon – The Case for Mentors”, is all about how mentors paved the path to success of several 2017 Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame inductees.
Suzi advises all businesswomen to seek out mentors because it is statistically proven to help business owners become successful. They shared story after story of how their business prospered with the guidance of numerous mentors, making them a significant part of their lives and of their growth as business owners.
“It’s no surprise! I’ve had mentors my whole business life and they’ve made a huge difference. That’s why we are such big fans of mentoring and why we’ve supported women business owners to find their ideal mentor for almost 20 years,” Suzi said about the women having mentors.
