Through life-lived experience Kate McCarthy of Conscious Autonomy was drawn to support women who needed uplifting, to help them flip the script that wasn’t supporting them and to tap into that innate guidance system that a busy world has seen many repress and ignore – her intuition.

Kate now works with women 40+ who present an ‘I’ve got it together’ persona on the outside, yet on the inside they are overwhelmed, stuck or struggling. Through 1:1 online personalised therapeutic processes Kate navigates physical, mental, and emotional root-causes to start healing from within so they feel whole and empowered to live life on their terms.

Working from home, Kate saw HerBusiness as her own networking community and support structure of like-minded women.

Being introduced to the community through the Get New Clients Coaching Week, Kate felt the energy of the network and also loved the diversity of the other ladies in the group and was drawn by Suzi’s energy, love, admiration and edification of her community.

Kate is based in Dubbo and loves that we can have a global business from anywhere.

Alongside her business, she supports her husband in their farming and hay baling contracting business. And in her spare time, you can find Kate enjoying the outdoor spaces in her area with hubby and her two gorgeous children.
