When the Australian Businesswomen’s Network recently polled 55 women business owners about their biggest business challenge, we weren’t very surprised by the results. While sales and marketing skills, finances and even growth strategy were important to them, the areas of biggest concern was the lack of peer and mentor support and a business plan. We’ve heard this before. We’ve conducted this poll with hundreds of women now and the results are the same.
Without a business plan and mentor support, you can find yourself directionless and wondering if you’re making the right decisions.
