Everyone in this photo from our REACH Retreat 2017 is up early for our morning stretch session by the magnificent Keauhou Bay.
It was the perfect start to the day… imagine the quiet morning, pink sunrise still in the sky, you leave your beautiful ocean side room and head down to this beautiful grassed area in front of the old white church to stretch and breathe and take some much needed time and space.
After this session we would have some “Juice and Journaling” time… we’d have freshly squeezed juices at the ready so that you could stay in that space of reflection and creativity and capture your thoughts.
Before heading into an amazing day of learning and gaining clarity on what’s next for you and your business… and of course, fabulous food and cocktails and amazing friendships.
This was such a special, special time and the bonds formed between these women are still strong, all these months later.
