- Empathise with your audience and ask them how they’re feeling given the current circumstances.
- Remind your audience that you’re still open for business. Maybe your products/services have changed slightly? Explain that and show them how to shop or work with you.
- Do not assume people aren’t in the position to buy or that they don’t have a need for what you have to offer
