“If you employ staff, engage contractors or rely on people to help deliver your products or services, this is the podcast for you.”
Why did you decide to start a podcast?
I was looking for a way to reach more people and share the knowledge I have around the people aspect of running and leading a business. I find talking a lot more natural than writing blogs and articles, so it was an easier way for me to do this than other written methods of getting a message out there.

What advice would you offer women who are thinking about starting their own podcast?
The key pieces of advice I would have are:
- Know your key purpose for starting the podcast, if you are not clear on that it will be harder to keep up momentum;
- If you are comfortable with verbally communicating your message this can be a great addition to your business communication strategy;
- Allow plenty of time, podcasting does take some time;
- Get help with the parts that you’re not comfortable with – ie the tech if that’s not your thing.
