Hot Copy is a podcast all about copywriting. Belinda and Kate talk about copywriting techniques as well as how to run a successful copywriting business and we get expert guests in to share their secrets too. While we talk to copywriters we know that a lot of business owners get a lot of from the content.

Why did you decide to start a podcast?
I could see that podcasting was going to be the next blogging and wanted to be a little ahead of the curve. The power of hearing someone’s voice is immense in terms of building a connection. I can also talk about copywriting until I run out of voice.

What advice would you offer women who are thinking about starting their own podcast?
Start! Your podcast will get better the more episodes you create so get started and figure out your best delivery as you go. Also, let your personality shine. The episodes that are more relaxed always get more response than episodes that are too polished (as we’re letting our fun sides out as much).
