Members of the Marketing Success Mastermind program gathered in Sydney on 2 and 3 June for the quarterly live 2-day intensive workshop to implement their marketing strategies and make real progress in a real-time environment where marketing experts and advisors could give instant feedback and support.
Member Jackie O’Dowd of Realising Potential felt inspired to post on her blog about the experience.
She said: “The interesting thing is I have found that it provides time to focus on the business, to work on the marketing activities that otherwise would be put off because they were either seen as too hard or not a pressing priority.”
I love the quote she included in her post from Seth Godin about what defines a peer group.
“Your peer group are people with similar dreams, goals and world views. They are people who will push you in exchange for being pushed, who will raise the bar and tell you the truth. They’re not in your business, but they’re in your shoes”.
