Considering her long career in Information Technology, Karen Leslie of KISS WP Websites (Keep It Simple Sweetheart WordPress Websites) isn’t hesitant to describe herself as a “geek”. In fact, Karen’s talent as first a computer operator, programmer and finally an analyst programmer is what allowed her to develop a home-based business.
After noticing that many business owners were frustrated with their WordPress websites, Karen shifted from website design to specifically focus on this niche in 2020. Currently, she offers KISS Stress Less Webcare Plans and courses related to basic WordPress website maintenance. With an emphasis on keeping it as simple as possible, Karen assures her clients, “You tell me what you want your website to do and I can help you get there.”
When she isn’t busy working on WordPress websites, Karen enjoys reading and writing romantic comedies as well as listening to 80s soul music. She is also passionate about making sure women’s voices are heard, especially those who are in business.
To make sure her passion becomes a reality, Karen has finally joined the HerBusiness Network after many years of following this community. Now a few months in, Karen shares that she’s already received so much value. She looks forward to growing her business so that even more women’s voices are out in the world.
