Tracy’s journey took a turn five years ago when she completed her Cert IV in Bookkeeping, became a certified BAS agent, and founded Books2BAS Services. Her decision stemmed from her experience working in accounts for a country mechanic, where she witnessed the challenges faced by small businesses in accessing timely and expert financial assistance.
Recognising the widespread need for support, Tracy set out to provide value to clients in South Australia and beyond. Her expertise lies in reducing compliance and bookkeeping overwhelm in popular platforms such as Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks Online. By simplifying processes, Tracy enables her clients to focus on what they do best—running their businesses.
One of the key offerings at Nourish Your Numbers is Profit First Coaching and Profit Keeping Support Services. Tracy is among the few certified Profit First professionals in Australia, equipped with the necessary training to help businesses achieve and sustain profitability. The Profit First methodology revolutionises financial management by working with natural money managing tendencies, rather than against them.
Clients have the option to engage in Profit First Coaching, where Tracy assesses their businesses for profitability and assists in developing profit plans. She provides the necessary tools, methods, and accountability to support clients in reaching their profit goals. Alternatively, clients can opt for Profit Keeping support packages, which include account reconciliation, bookkeeping, payroll support, end-of-financial-year lodgements, taxation and BAS preparation and lodgement, as well as superannuation support.
