Jayne Gallagher is the company founder and CEO of Honey & Fox which began in 2015. It was founded on a shared passion for celebrating Australian food and agribusinesses. Jayne is passionate about connecting people to where their food comes from and the people who catch it, grow it, make it, and sell it.

The name Honey & Fox comes from the approach they take to storytelling, and discovering what a business’s sweet spot is, and what they have to offer. The fox part refers to being really smart, and using the technologies and storytelling to find and connect businesses with those customers, in a way that makes money.
Jayne has a wealth of experience in starting, expanding, and growing food businesses in both Australia and around the world. She’s skilled at spotting and turning new opportunities into success, creating strategies to enter markets, fostering innovation, and effectively communicating complex ideas. Jayne is adept at handling multicultural negotiations and, like many others, has adapted to leading and working remotely across different time zones with varying degrees of connectivity.
At Honey & Fox, Jayne and her team work with fishers, farmers, and small food businesses to discover, connect with, and thrive in the best markets for their products. The team, consisting of researchers, strategists, designers, and digital communication experts, who help clients to overcome market challenges, differentiate their products, and tell their stories in unique ways to boost profitability.
