Erica Webb of SelfKind Hub is a counsellor and mindful movement coach who helps women battle stress, overwhelm, burnout and self-criticism. Erica’s approach combines mindful movement modalities such as yoga, pilates and somatic exercise, with other mind-body tools to support nervous system flexibility and self-kindness.
With a Bachelor of Behavioural Science, Diploma of Counselling, Masters of Art (Writing), and additional qualifications in Mat Pilates, Somatic Exercise, Restorative Yoga and more, Erica is an expert in self-kindness. She believes that fostering self-kindness is key to nurturing one’s body, relationship with oneself and relationship with movement and self-care.
As a HerBusiness Network member, Erica values the community of like-minded women who face similar challenges and celebrate together. Erica says “Community and connection are so important yet, as a business owner working from home, that connection can often feel elusive. When she’s not helping others to feel more comfortable in their own skin, Erica enjoys roller skating, indulging in chocolate chip cookies, reading a good book, sipping on coffee, and being near the river.
