“My passion is to empower Aussie Women to expand their reach and make a greater impact.”
Brigitte Stills of Stills Properties, is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 44 years of real estate expertise. Known as the first woman in real estate when she started, Brigitte’s journey has been marked by resilience, challenges, and a recent shift into coaching and mentoring.
Brigitte operated her own boutique property management and sales agency for over 27 years – both as a franchisee and an independent real estate agency. For six years, she offered the community a radio program, where listeners asked questions and received expert advice on all sorts of property issues. With her skills and experience, she’s received many business and real estate awards.
In the past two years, Brigitte has transitioned into coaching, consulting, and mentoring. She enjoys her work and aims to share her knowledge with women in the industry, motivating and encouraging them to grow and excel, rising above challenges to shine. Brigitte says running her own business allows her the freedom to make her own decisions, and be responsible and accountable for her actions.
Brigitte helps business owners in property management or sales who are struggling to build their business, systems, structures or marketing. She designs personalised frameworks tailored to their requirements, which will increase staff efficiency and profitability.
Brigitte’s coaching and consulting services aim to help focus the key decision-maker’s attention on building and managing a successful property management division and keeping their team accountable and their listings on track and profitable. Her services include:
- Property Management Growth Consulting
- Real Estate Sales Mentoring
- Keynote, Breakout & Workshop Speaking
- Networking for Women Business Owners
Being a part of the HerBusiness Network offers Brigitte the opportunity to connect with and collaborate with women in similar businesses, exchanging referrals, and the ability to seek help when needed.
Who’s your favourite entrepreneur and why?
