Adèle’s passion and reason for starting HerSmile was to help others find their inner peace. It was through her own experiences that she realised what we eat, think, and do as well as whom we surround ourselves with has a large impact on our happiness and also plays a massive role in who we become as individuals.
Adèle strongly believes that, “We need love and support from others to blossom.”
As a ballet teacher of 23 years, Adèle would often watch mothers as they dropped off their children and noticed how they constantly seemed stressed and exhausted, she realised that these mothers did not have a support network to assist them.
Having been on the parenting journey herself, Adèle took a step back from the dance industry and started HerSmile, to focus on supporting busy mums.
Adèle’s Three Tips for other Business Owners
- Don’t do it on your own.
- Don’t stress if you have no idea what you’re doing – just keep the overheads low and work the skill
- The 80/20 rule – we waste 80% of our day on social media. If you’re working from home, be aware of this. Turn it around and be mindful to spend 80% of the day doing things that count!
