When Carolyn Stevens first started working in human resource development, she realised that while the people leaving her leadership development groups were walking away with new skills, that longer and more intense sessions would yield much more effective and lasting results. In 1999, she began working with leaders one-on-one – and then she started really seeing results.
Carolyn has worked with hundreds of leaders over the last 25 years, offering them customised coaching that gets to the heart of their personal needs, wants, fears and concerns. She loves helping leaders identify and remove the stumbling blocks that prevent them from moving up in their careers. She has worked with leaders in finance, manufacturing, marketing, IT, the service industry, and even the government.
She has extensive coach training and both undergraduate and post-graduate education in psychology and allied disciplines. As the Executive Coach at Leading Performance, Carolyn specialises in one-on-one and team coaching. With her help, leaders from all walks of life are working with confidence and courage.
