For years I had an interesting relationship with sleep in that I wouldn’t get much of it – not at all. I’d often be up at 3:30 am starting my day early (in the hope of “catching up” – whatever that means). Yes, stuff would get done; but in the end, I was just less creative, less productive, less successful and less happy. I made some changes and I could definitely make more.
