We are thrilled to announce that our Member of the Year is Frances Pratt of KISS to Sell.
Fran, is such an amazingly inspiring member of HerBusiness.
Fran came into the business world when she started her online sales training and coaching business, KISS To Sell. With 25 years of sales experience and knowledge, she loves helping other businesswomen who know how to sell but feel awkward every time.
“The thing that makes my heart sing is seeing women who have a passion and know they’re awesome at what they do have the “a-ha” moment where they realise they can ask people to buy from them without feeling icky about it.”
Fran joined HerBusiness six years ago. And, over time she’s gotten to be known as the “go to” person if you hate selling, but you really need to convert your leads into sales.
And it didn’t happen overnight. Over the years Fran’s become a much-loved member who actively practices the three Connection Moves – Show Up, Speak Up and Lift Up.
Fran shows up in a big way. A regular participant at Roundtables, at live events and MeetUps, you can count on Fran to be there when her busy schedule, running programs and consulting with clients, allows.
Fran raises her hand to ‘have a go’ and get involved when an opportunity comes her way. Like raising her hand to lead a member Goals Group (her Unleash Your Worth group members are well on their way of achieving their goals and staying on track with her leadership).
Fran speaks up. In our groups, she’s actively advising on sales and getting over the fear of selling (her area of brilliance). But that is not where it stops. If you’re looking for a resource, or a tool, or recommendation, Fran is likely to be there to help you find what you need or to refer you to someone that could help you.
Lift Up. The Lift Up move is one of Fran’s strongest moves. She lifts up other members – celebrating their wins and achievements, calling out someone whos’ make an impact on her, sending encouragement to someone who might have missed out on a goal.
And Fran’s business, KISS to Sell, is growing each year as a result of her dedication to, taking great care of her customers and developing programs that are ideal for HER ideal client. Fran has just had one of her BEST years ever.
But transactions are not the main thing that Fran loves about being part of the HerBusiness Community.
“The transactions come as a result of the relationships. One of the things that I love about the whole HerBusiness community is that they’re super smart women and they all in different stages of business.
This is a community of women who are very open and real about where they are at, knowing that we’re all on a journey.”
