For years Zoe Heard of Get Heard worked in retail based companies in stores, wholesale and retail head offices. During that time, she discovered a knack for simplifying complex topics, and writing customer-focused copy that sells and so founded Get Heard in 2017.
Now, at Get Heard, Zoe helps online retailers who sell products for the home and products for children to make sales via email and grow a thriving eCommerce business. She thrives on helping retailers get started from scratch with email marketing, or revive a dormant and neglected list, or improve ROI on an already well-performing email list.

In her spare time she enjoys reading, puns and word play (Zoe Heard/Get Heard). She particularly loves codewords (the crosswords that have a number for each letter and no clues). And Wordle? A word nerd’s dream game.
