What is Whitelisting?
Whitelisting is a process that tells your email program a particular email sender is to be trusted and allowed in your inbox. You do this by adding the sender to your “Address book” or “Safe senders list.”
Senders who are not on your Whitelist may end up in your Spam or Junk mail folders or the Promotions tab (if you are using Gmail), which means you could be missing out on important email communications.
