It’s about this time, in the middle of chilly winter, that I start to think about tropical islands and drinks with umbrellas in them! And what better place than Hawaii with a bunch of amazing women from the HerBusiness community!

Helena Ung came to the REACH Retreat to expand her education business and get clarity about her plan to bring on more licensees. Amanda McLean came along because she was in transition from a long-time successful business in the financial services space, to starting up a new initiative for women and Tracey Bode, of Zytec came to the Retreat to get some time away from her busy role as CEO to work ON her business rather than being “in the weeds” IN her business.
I have SUCH admiration for all three of these AMAZING women… and ALL the women who attended the REACH Retreat… they showed up in a real and authentic way and embraced everything about the experience – including meeting new friends, reflecting on their journey so far, envisioning their futures and making a clear action plan (we call it a REACH Map).
Taking time out from your business can be EXACTLY what you need to reset, recharge and reimagine how you’re doing things and where you’re going.
