6 August, 2012 – HerBusiness, in partnership with Victoria’s Small Business Festival, announces three new webinars that will teach entrepreneurs about the essentials of creating a successful business and the benefits of customer rewards and outsourcing. The webinars are suitable for men and women in all stages of business looking for practical tips to assist and encourage small business.
The Rewards for Business webinar will be held from 11.00am-12.00pm on Wednesday 8 August and will look at how to transform the customer’s experience and create a loyal fan base when client expectations are higher. Participants will learn which loyalty and rewards programs work best, the power of generosity and how to make a big impact with simple changes. The Inside Business Success webinar will be held from 11.00am-12.00pm on Tuesday 21 August and will teach participants about how to best manage cash flow within a business and how to determine profitability. The webinar will look at the essential elements of successful business, including how to generate more profit and increase cliental.
The final webinar, Outsourcing to Grow Your Business, will be held on Monday 27 August from 11.00am-12.00pm and will discuss how outsourcing can allow you to spend more of your time working on your business. It will show you how to weigh up the risks and benefits of creating a virtual team so that you can successfully prepare for and work with outsourcing. Each webinar will focus on real-life examples of how great businesses are successfully outsourcing while increasing profit and customer networks, and show you how your small business can too.
