There have been many times where I found myself working hard on a path that wasn’t leading me down a road that was on track to my ideal destination.
I was working REALLY hard but finding myself feeling frustrated that I wasn’t making the progress that I wanted to.
Maybe you can relate.
If you’ve been in business for a while, then maybe things have plateaued. Or, they’re going a little backwards.
Or, they’re spinning out of control and you’re trying to keep up with all the change.
Perhaps the vision you had for your business doesn’t line up with the reality — the here and now.
When I’ve felt that my business was running me, and not ME my business — the best decisions that I made is to PAUSE — to step away from my day-to-day, to find the time and place to think, journal, study and get clarity (and to tap into my inner knowing).
Every time, it has felt like such a luxury to make the investment in myself, to take the time and to inhale for a while.
But, what I know is that every time I take the time to really reflect and reimagine, a whole new world opens up.
I loved this image above when I saw it. Time to exhale the past. Time to inhale a magnificent new future.
Here’s to doing what you love,

P.S. From 30 October to 3 November, we’re running the REACH Retreat in Hawaii.
I hope you’ll consider joining us. We’ll be doing a lot of exhaling (letting go of the past) and a whole lot of inhaling (creating brand new futures).
