“I was extremely excited to be named finalist in the Women in Business and Professional Services Category” said Kristy-Lee Johnston, of the Footprint Group.
“However this is an incredibly tough category with some extraordinarily talented and intelligent women in business, so we considered ourselves fortunate to be even named amongst these people as finalists. To be named winner in this category was very humbling and was a testament to the hard work and commitment of the entire Footprint team”.
In addition, Kristy-Lee was named overall Central Coast Business Woman of the Year. “I was completely overwhelmed and honoured to be presented with this Award. Following in the footsteps of the previous winners including Dr Helen Monks (Highlight Consulting), and Michelle Allen (Webstuff.biz) is an extraordinary privilege, and I am excited that The Footprint Group has been acknowledged for its diversification, consistent growth, commitment to the local employment economy and business community generally” The Footprint Group’s flagship brand Footprint Recruitment was established in 2006, and in 2010 the businesses growth plans took shape with the launch of Footprint HR.
Continuing their commitment to providing options to under serviced markets within the Central Coast, the company re branded to become The Footprint Group in early 2012, launching Footprint Retail and Hospitality in mid 2012, with further brand expansion on the horizon. “As an organisation we are committed to working with businesses to improve their efficiencies, productivity and ultimately results through their people” said Kristy-Lee. “Across all of our brands our common goals are to work with our clients to understand their unique needs, and provide solutions which are tailored to these. Being named Central Coast Business Woman of the Year confirms that this approach has been well received by the local business community, and that we are on the right path to continued growth and development”.
