Jane Lu runs a million-dollar company, has a massive social media following, and has been inducted into the Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame and isn’t even 30 yet! The Carousel wrote a special article about her and the Businesswomen’s Hall of Fame launch.
They interviewed Jane about her incredible success. She talks about lying to her parents, her turning point in business, dealing with the imposter syndrome, and some strategies for success.
Some of her advice is: “Know your numbers,” “Know your customers,” and “Hire the right people and trust them.”
She also says to block out time everyday to get things done. Having a schedule is critical.
