Leanne Yeung owns Fit and Well Physiotherapy in Victoria. She helps busy professional women who have pain or stiffness to feel better and look great through physiotherapy, exercise and education.
What she likes about running a business is that there are just so many facets to it.
The reason she loves being her own boss is the same reason she hates it.
And, that is that she’s completely responsible for what happens.
“Whatever results I see it’s up to me,” says Leanne, explains Leanne in this video. And if you’re a business own, I’m sure YOU can relate.
The great news for Leanne is that she doesn’t have to do it alone.
In the HerBusiness Network she’s found a group of like-minded women whom she can bounce ideas off to get a better perspective on how to provide a better service to her clients.
“Before joining HerBusiness I was fairly naive about business in general. Since I’ve been in HerBusiness I’ve met a lot of women in a similar position where it can be pretty isolating running your own business and not knowing where to go next.
And there’s people with a lot of experience and people who don’t have a lot of experience; and we all share ideas… because everyone’s got new ideas.
Exchanging ideas gives me a bit of a different perspective of what my target audience might want to know about, so that I can help them help themselves. And, I also get to see how we can provide a better service.”
And like Leanne, when YOU can zone in on exactly what your ideal clients need, it makes it SO much easier to provide a better service AND get new clients.
