If you’ve been in business for a few years and you find that despite your hard work you’re getting to the end of most days and feeling dissatisfied,
like you haven’t made the progress that you want in your business and you’re life,
you’re not alone.
Even when you’ve had years of success in business – created products and services, served a large number of customers, grown a team, systems, a viable business – you can still be left thinking:
“Is this as good as it gets?”
“Is this as far as I can grow my business?”
“I don’t even know if I love this any more…”
It can feel like you’ve hit a plateau that can feel as isolating and as difficult as when you first started out.
And, unless you do something to change things this state can persist until you find yourself in a business that you no longer love and that does not inspire you.
You can even start to feel apathetic about the difference you once wanted to make, feeling more like a hamster on a wheel than an empowered women in control of a bright future.
This can be soul-crushing.
What I’ve found in over 20+ years in business, is that things don’t have to stay this way. There IS a way out and a way through. There is a way to break out of the rut and design a business and life that you love.
And this takes making a bold move.
But being bold and making big changes isn’t always easy. In fact, it can be really difficult.
But here’s what I’ve found. It’s not that we aren’t willing to be bold. It’s about being in an environment in which it’s safe to be bold.
We don’t feel like we can take risks when we are out there on our own.
But here’s the secret…
Being bold and making change starts with surrounding yourself with the right people and the right environment.
The right environments (both the people and the places we surround ourselves with) allow you to take risks. They’re a safety net.
Because so often when we start out we have a purpose and a desire to make a dent in the world. But, how do we claim an idea? How do we grow it into existence?
That’s why in October I’m taking a small group of women to Hawaii – to spend time together in a supportive environment in which we’ll thrive together.
And I’d love for you to join us. You can apply here.
Join us on 30 October to 3 November 2017
