Rose Cuschieri, an Independent Consultant for Nutrimetics, didn’t always envision starting her own business. She first began buying from Nutrimetic’s line of beauty products for herself. But as time passed, Rose realized that she could make something of it.
Now as one of over 1.5 million consultants, Rose gets to share this inclusive line of products with her clients. Additionally, she can dictate her own hours, determine her own income and receive recognition for her wins.
Unlike other beauty companies, Nutrimetics is dedicated to building a supportive, empowering community. Their focus is on providing the finest naturally enriched, homegrown skincare and make-up products to customers, so that they can feel their most beautiful. Rose currently works with her clients to select products that match their beauty needs.

And to the women who are thinking of starting their own business, Rose has offered some advice: simply have a vision and go for it, just like she did.
Who’s your favourite entrepreneur and why?
Mark Bouris, he is down to earth and really encouraging to his members and to others that want to join him.
Why did you start your business and what gave you the idea?
Well i started just to buy the products for myself, back in 2003 but i have recently decided that i wanted to branch out and and start making something of it, and do something for myself.
What do you enjoy most about running your own business?
Having the freedom to be able to be a mum, housewife, and a business owner.

What skills and knowledge areas would you recommend those starting out in business get acquainted with quickly?
I think to start off with the skills you need to be acquainted with would be customer relation, knowing your products, and being IT savvy.
What does your IDEAL business look like? Even if you’re not there yet, what would it look like if your business was ideal?
To be able to live comfortably and buy what i desire.
What problem does being a Member of the HerBusiness Network solve for you and your business? And, how?
Well, since i have joined Her Business Network i have experienced things that i would have not experienced, I am clearer now of how to start a business and I don’t feel over whelmed as I feel like it has been mapped out.
