Helen Froling, the founder of Identity Empowerment Coaching, helps women 40 and over with their career paths. Whether they wish to re-enter the workforce after a break or try something new, Helen makes it her mission to build confidence in her clients with her customised coaching programs and career-counseling strategies. Helen is passionate about helping women create and develop their career and life goals. She helps women identify their strengths, values, skills, and areas in life that could be holding them back from advancement. By helping her clients create a clear action plan with achievable goals, Helen increases their confidence.
Helen is a Certified Career Development Practitioner/Counsellor, Transformation and Life Purpose coach, and a corporate/small business Management, Leadership professional. Her core skills include Career Development/Counselling and Coaching, Transition Life Coaching, Business Relationships, Leadership and Emotional Intelligence, and many more.
Helen’s passion stems from her decision to break free from a 12-year corporate career just last year. When her new General Manager made eight Australia-wide Operational Business Manager roles redundant, it was just the nudge Helen needed to work on her own business goals. Helen’s fields of expertise and experience include the loss of a loved one, debilitating injury, and family illness. Helen uses all of her skills to help her clients develop coping strategies, which allows them to identify and visualize going forward.

Helen’s interests include Hatha Yoga, reading, learning, good food, music, gardening and time with friends and family outdoors.
