Frances Pratt of Metisan had always been great at selling. Her first clients helped her understand and work through why and how this happened to be.
Fran’s passion is sharing and creating those insights for others so they understand what it is their clients want and how to deliver to that.
Fran says, “I love selling … it’s true! I know that makes me unusual. My passion is seeing professionals who ‘hate’ selling learn to LOVE it! That light in their eye when they learn that great selling isn’t about a tricky, manipulative experience, is both freeing and empowering. And one thing I’ve learned from being a Mum is that there is nothing quite as educational as learning negotiation techniques from children… they are after all the masters!”
At Metisan, Fran now helps growth orientated Professional Service Teams to consistently win clients they love by helping their partners and frontline people craft and embed a client connection framework and playbook through her Metisan Client Delivery Blueprint Workshops and Coaching Program delivered face to face (preferred) and online.

When not inspiring a love of sales in her clients, you will find Fran playing with her kids, combining food with friends (the two are more fun together), and learning new things about life and about herself.

Why did you start your business and what gave you the idea?
