A lifelong learner, Elena Stepanova of Flourishing Madres values the power of education. To her, education opens the doors to individual flourishing. So, with a passion for translating research into practical resources, Elena founded Flourishing Madres.
Elena has since created an online coaching-based learning and personal development hub for professional women to support them during the different phases of motherhood. Combining her experience as a psychologist and well-being executive coach, she offers customised coaching packages in English, Spanish, Russian and French. Her hope is to help her clients integrate their professional and life aspirations.
While being based in Barcelona might mean a geographical distance, Elena is excited to have joined the HerBusiness Network. She’s determined to grow her coaching practice and being part of the community has provided the opportunity to keep focused and collaborate with other members. To Elena, these are all steps towards bringing her business to where she dreams it be.
Elena’s passion for personal development flows into her personal life as well. She particularly enjoys reading research findings and applying the new tools and practices she’s learned. Elena also loves drawing and has trained as a visual facilitator.
