Chantelle Bell‘s passion for natural and holistic remedies guided her to creating her own business. As a mum with young children, she saw a need in the market for a service that would help mums increase their energy and reduce their stress – naturally. So, she created Ascot Vale Natural Therapies.
Chantelle specialises in working with women who are experiencing the effects of menopause. She loves helping mums start looking after their health and feeling good through consultations and her 12-week program.
Chantelle’s 3 Pieces of Advice She Wishes She Had When She Started:
- Get a business mentor – it’s important to have somebody guide you in the right direction.
- Don’t expect immediate miracles – don’t expect to be booked out in the first month or even the first year. Give your business time to grow.
- Be open to ideas to grow your business – listen to others and value the advice they give you, you never know what will spark inspiration or lead to your next big breakthrough.
In regards to running her own business, Chantelle enjoys the flexibility, especially with having children. Being able to choose her own hours and taking time off when she needs is great. She loves being able to help her clients restore their vitality and see the results they get from her programs.

Chantelle describes her ideal business as simply being confident in the products and services she offers. She likes a bit of structure and working with a few people closely.
