For Bridget Hallam of Throw Your Leg Over, the freedom and adventure that comes from exploring new roads on a motorcycle is precious to her. After a friend suggested that she share her passion with other riders, Bridget and her partner Alan Cox started Throw Your Leg Over in 2016.
Together, they write motorcycle guides for Australia and Europe, complete with exhilarating motorcycle rides, maps and navigation guides, and also essential riding information. The books are currently available at 60+ stockists throughout Australia. Most recently, Throw Your Leg Over celebrated the 500th sale of their latest book since its official launch two months ago.
Since joining the HerBusiness Network, Bridget looks forward to learning more about online business, memberships and mindset so that she can grow Throw Your Leg Over. But not surprisingly, when Bridget isn’t writing new guidebooks or working on scaling up her business, she can be found enjoying the wind and scenery flying past as she rides.
